« This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

« This place is amazing! It slept six of us beautifully and it was so much more than what we expected. We had no idea we were staying in a boat house and were so pleasantly surprised. My son and his son had so much fun out in the lake on kayaks and paddle boards that were provided in the boat garage. It was an exceptional stay and we will stay there again. « We really enjoyed this lake house! It was the perfect size for our family and was very kid friendly. My kids loved the swing on the back patio! It was so nice having the lake in our backyard and there were plenty of water activities available. It was secluded and picturesque but also only about 30 minutes to restaurants and downtown. « It say in town but felt like the woods. It was just as they describe. Good communication. I would stay again. We went to silverwood theme park and had a blast. Since it was a little cool the lines for the rides were short. Road rides multiple times. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and better than I had hoped. Cabin was clean and has plenty of space with all amenities needed for stay. Close to the river and has a great view. Hosts were responsive on communication but we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away and still be close to town if needed. Will be staying again. »

« The property and house were beautiful! I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about the noise from trains at night. It didn’t wake any of us up at night, you could barely hear it during the day. The house was very large and there was something for everyone to do with the game room! Plenty of space. « Very spacious and well appointed residence for any occasion whether a large gathering or small family get away. The location cannot be beat with peaceful and tranquil views from the deck or walk along the bay to a short drive to amazing dining and shopping in Sandpoint. We stayed for Christmas and went skiing and snowmobiling. We are now booked for summer fun in August and cannot wait! »
