« I have stayed at this hotel a few times recently. This time was not good. I'm wondering if it's under new management. I am disabled and have to have an accessible room. The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way...

« A terrific spot for a large group! It's hard to find a spot with this many bedrooms with queen/king mattresses, a pet-friendly policy, at least one ground floor bedroom for the old folks, and such a big conversation space. The perfect bullseye! »

« There should have been a continental breakfast included in the price since no coffee makers were in the rooms. We booked our rooms for 2 nights but were locked out after our first night. I had to go back to main desk to unlock both rooms on two different occasions! We arrived about 6:30 on a Friday night & ate in the restaurant & had a very nice gentlemen wait on us, he was good & so was the food. »

« The house felt very welcoming and warm when I arrived. Everything was great quality and the cupboards were well stocked. I cooked every night and had all the tools I have at home. The bed was comfy, too. I was here for work and am not used to snow, so I was glad to have a garage to park my car in at night. When I arrived at work I was the only car in the lot not piled with snow! Thank you, Hannah, for your attention to detail. I will definitely stay again?if I work in Hayden again! »

« Loved the three beds for our family of 5. The beds were actually pretty comfortable too.The hotel is pretty quiet. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back! »

« House was not cleaned upon arrival. Had to stay in another house that night. Having to move 12 people the next day was very inconvenient and disruptive to our trip. »

« Location is right off the main highway but tucked away so it’s peaceful and quiet. It’s a guest house on a main property but didn’t see or hear the other house. House was clean. Decorated cute. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again. »
