« The house is in a great location and has beautiful lake views! We had a great time staying here with our friends for a long weekend. Close to many state parks with beautiful hikes, no shortage of waterfalls and wineries. The property has private well water so took a little creative showering with our group of 7 and the hot water wasnt working the first night but it was an easy fix and the hosts were quick to respond. »

« Perfect location for the wineries that we like to spend time at. This house is one of the best houses that we have stayed at over the many years of coming up to Seneca Lake. The house has everthing you could need and is so clean and comfortable. One of my favorite things is that there are so many great spots to sit outside and relax and see the lake. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. »

« Communication with our host Stephen was excellent. He made sure all of our questions and inquiries were addressed. He was easy to reach and got back to us immediately!!We came in December for a short winter getaway and the Finger Lakes did not disappoint. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms, and a huge kitchen for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and had general spices and oils for cooking. « We had a great time at Lake Seneca and the house worked very well for 2 families.The cons: AC not available in one room and too noisy in another upstairs. Ladder on the pier broken and not usable. Too expensive in the current state but a little work and it will be a great place to stay (again). »
