The owners added many personal touches to make you feel welcome and relaxed from fuzzy, warm blankets to yummy treats , to a shelf at the hot tub area, comfortable furniture inside and out. My husband was thankful for the filled bug torches and the cut wood supplied for the firepit. There are plenty of spices and every utensil needed to prepare all meals. « The place was eclectic. Not as clean as I typically like to see. However maybe I just expect it to be zero dust bunnies under the bed so maybe I am just too picky., but it is an older cabin so maybe a bit of dust is to be expected. It is very unique and had various antiques and pictures of NOLA so it was like a treasure hunt. Parking is not ideal but doable. The area was very nice and I would have loved to enjoy some of the trails but was not there for that, so maybe another time. Hosts are...

Easy to adjust heat but really wasnt needed as it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. You can walk to places and park but everything is within 5 minute drive.
