« La chambre n'était pas très propre, beaucoup de taches sur les murs. Les draps sont tachés et une substance séchée douteuse sur ma couverture, couverture qui était troué d'ancienne brulure de cigarette. Toute la literie serait à changer. Nous avons aussi trouvé des cheveux qui ne sont pas à nous dans la douche, douche qui ne semble pas avoir été lavé depuis longtemps. Il y avait toute les commodité, inclus le frigos avec congélateur et il y a plusieurs options restauration accessible à pied. »

« Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. « We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend. »

« My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing »

« When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area.
