« We loved the location of this property! It is 5 minutes from the beach, minutes from grocery and other shopping and eating places. The pool was perfect for when we were not at the beach. The house was very clean and the property management company was very responsive. We will definitely book this property in the future! »

« The property was amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was walkable but we advise to rent a golf cart for your stay as there’s a place right off 98 near the property. Navarre beach ordinance allows golf carts so take advantage of that! We had a great time. »

« Property was great! It was super clean and in a good location. Only complaint is that the back door does not lock! Other than that, we could not have asked for a better honeymoon experience! »

« Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. »

« Our family of 4 loved our stay here. Close to everything you need, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really unplug and relax. The home was more stocked than described which was a nice surprise...we will be back! »

« Had a great time! Larger than expected, very close to everything but a quiet neighborhood. For pet lovers, they may have every that you already need except for food when you’re ready to book!! I’ve never stayed at a home with an over abundance of necessities as well; coffee filters, extra towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc A very welcome surprise since you’re gonna miss packing something! « We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all necessities needed for cooking (aside from spices etc).The decor is so cozy and it’s so easy to get out to the beach. The only negative is the stairs. »

« This house is in the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Close to great food, not far from stores and yet you feel like you’re on your own little slice of Heaven. The pillows, bedding and furniture are all great quality and great condition. Will stay here again! »

« Overall was a very good stay. Location was just what we wanted. The toilet backed up and there was no plunger. We call a got one. Also the master bath drain would not drain. We were given a hair puller. Yes there was long black hair I don’t have long hair and May wife is blond.One window had cracked glass and the blinds poles were broken and make great sword for the kids. The house need a little TLC. Would like to have had a vacuum at the place. We would stay here again. We would definitely stay...

« We were visiting family in Milton and Matthews house was the perfect accommodation. Check-in was more than easy, even that we arrived late that day. Owner provided us all needed information.The house is located in an all new, very quite and family oriented neighborhood. Everything you‘ll might need, as supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds is just a couple of minutes away.Emerald Coast with its perfect beaches is just a short hop from the house also.House was very clean, everything was in place...

« Very quiet part of beach. Short hike to beach. Great to be able to leave all items under garage. They have plenty of beach chairs and towels and a lot of beach toys/boards/ floats in storage! Plenty of room and bathrooms. Just a lot of stairs! »
