« I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. « Very unique and beautifull. Wife has always wanted to stay in a Yurt and this one did not disappoint. We both also loved the little hot tub. Very relaxing!! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a couples getaway. »

« We chose Las Mañanitas for a quick family birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic. The home was beautiful and well thought out. The only thing I would recommend is updating the cookware (the nonstick cookware was all scraped and scratched up) and providing more than one dish towel for guests.
