« Shower did not work in the assigned room so we had to go to another room to take a shower. Breakfast was not included. The hotel is run down and so checked out Saturday morning and will not ever stay at this hotel again and possibly not stay at this hotel chain. »

« Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back. »

« One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it. The mattress and the sheets were...
