« Staff was polite and hotel was clean including the room. Ac had the room nice and cool. Only dislike was room I was in had a running toilet that you could hear all night and then the pull-up knob in the shower was broken and you had to push the faucet from the bottom up to make the Shower head work. »

« There were mouse droppings all over, the porch light was broken, the AC broke. We left before we could even spend the night. The office was closed when we checked in, and closed for holiday on Friday. I’ve gotten no return call or email. »

« The room itself was very clean. But the room and I assume the entire building is in need of renovation. It’s not a deal breaker but if I’m paying over $100 for 2 queen beds, it would be worth it if the bathroom didn’t need the floors replaced. The hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. Not just a 1 day miss, it was obvious that they’re not vacuumed daily. At least not upon arriving on a Sunday night. Now breakfast is the only saving grace for my stay. It was very good and made up for over paying...

« If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay . »

« This hotel was in very poor conditions, the staff was not friendly, the bathtub did not drain and the breakfast consisted only of coffee and cereal. Very disappointing. »
