« This host did not communicate with us and left us high and dry the morning of. VRBO thankfully helped us locate a last minute rental and took care of us.I understand that emergencies can happen so initially we were worried about host. Then she finally replied just to say they cancelled due to age. Which it was all adults that would’ve been staying. The lack of communication and accountability was not there. I did notice they are new to this so maybe they will improve after this bad experience. »

« Bien entretenu, propre. Chambre impeccable, bonne literie choix d'oreillers, salle de bain état parfait, sèche-cheveux. Le petit déjeuner buffet est extra. Par contre la piscine est moyenne et n'a pas de charme. »

« For a cheap hotel this place is better than expected. Room was modern and clean. No table just a small desk and 1 crappy little office chair. Had a comfy king bed with only 2 small worn out pillows. I had to by a couple for $5 each. It was quite and the parking lot was as bright a day in the middle of the night. I definitely felt safe. Only had a half roll of toilet paper and the manager refused to give me any more as he also refused a couple extra pillows. All and all I stayed a week and...

« The hotel is being renovated; Therefore, everything is new, fresh, and clean »

« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »
