« Communication was great. The property was well maintained and well stocked with amenities. We had 5 children 8 and under and there was plenty of room to play and enjoy all that Duluth has to offer. Our son and his wife attended college in Duluth so we were familiar with the area. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail for the dogs. »

The location was perfect: close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful. « This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager...

There was enough to do in town on rainy days, and the shop and restaurant owners in Ely were hospitable, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with.
