« Clean with nice finishes. There is only a microwave and a hot plate for cooking. I was expecting a full kitchen. Overall nice interior. Nicer beach chairs would be a plus. We ended up purchasing some. »

The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. « This trip is the 3rd time we have rented from Beatrix! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 8. I love this villa. The layout plus the screened on area gives us places to spread out while the kids play. I really appreciate the private outdoor shower when coming back from the beach and that there is a door we can close between bedrooms and the main living area. It makes mornings and nights so much better!Our kids also used the outdoor screened porch a lot. They enjoyed seeing cranes and ducks...
