There is no elevator available. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs to access the bedrooms and upper level.

-HOUSE RULES-

•No smoking in or anywhere on the property.

•No pets.

•Parking - There are two assigned spaces to the right of the building. Street parking is prohibited.

•No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions.

•Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during entire stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
