« We had a great stay. The guesthouse is small but cute, and certainly big enough for my wife and I and our small dog. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The location is in a very nice, quiet and safe older neighborhood with old Florida charm, and it was enjoyable walking around looking at all the older houses in the area. « We stayed for a month and found the house clean, comfortable, and well located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from downtown. We had a few plumbing issues which were promptly addressed and had an overall nice stay. »
