« We stayed in this historic home, which has multiple steps leading up to the entrance. Please note, this is not a detached house but a duplex, with the rental on the lower level.The neighborhood is beautiful, and the home is nicely furnished and very clean. However, several issues impacted our stay. Internet was a problem from the start—we were never able to connect to the WiFi, even after contacting the owner. « Very nice, clean home in a very nice area, roomy and bright. Quick & easy communication with host. We came to town to see Phish at Coca-Cola Amphitheater & it was a quick drive to & from there. Close to shopping & restaurants. The only negative, if you want to call it that, was it would be nice to sit out back after dark without security lights coming on but that’s not that serious. We would definitely stay here again! Great stay! »

« We loved this place. There was some hiccups with communication at first but that was quickly resolved. The home was just as advertised. Spacious and fit our need perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Most important it was very close to UAB where i was having heart surgery. I needed to add a day onto the stay for my husband and kids to recoup from thr stress and my surgery before driving several hours home. This request was accommodated wuickly and with no issues. « Super clean rental! Some mentioned a few stains on the carpet, but it is almost white so, I thought it was pretty good considering. The layout is great and it’s in a great location close to tons of shopping and food. Only downsides were the upstairs temperature was warm. Only one thermostat and it was downstairs. It was hard to get it cool up there. Also, the lighting in the bathrooms were pretty bad. It’s difficult to get your makeup done right. »
