« We were there for Thanksgiving with nearby family so we were not able to take advantage of the proximity to the beach, however the home was great and we look forward to coming again during beach weather! (and the fact that Scratch Bakery is across the street is an added bonus!)The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. »

« Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience! »

« We’re there during the Bluefin tuna tournament and could not have asked for a better location. Accommodations were perfect for us. This was the 2nd time we have stayed this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. Highly recommended. »

« The property is in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. The location was convenient and clean. Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this location. There was noise from a party through paper thin walls from one of the tenants that lives on the property. There are rules for anyone staying at this location to include must be 25 to book and strictly no parties. Unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to loud parties from tenants taking place in the next room. Party did not end...

« Great location, close to everything I wanted to do. Grocery store and restaurants near by.. state parks and preserves to walk. Condo was clean and comfortable,with easy access. Nice balcony looking out over the green space in the back. Great place to have coffee in the morning - I even saw a deer one morning! »

« BEWARE ...First week in November, we booked this Condo for the weekend of 12/5-12/7. The reservation was confirmed and paid in full. There were multiple updates and check-in information/ codes up until 400pm on 12/4. Then on 12/4 523pm I got a call, and the owners decided they were going to stay in the condo that weekend, so our reservations were being canceled. Again, we were leaving the next morning at 800am. « Convenient to Boothbay area attractions, and Harbor region. The unit was clean and had all of the necessities on hand. Was a great place for 2 people. Only downside was the inter-unit sound proofing. Could hear muffled conversation from next door unit, as well as late night footsteps. »
