« Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. Parking right next door made easy through use of pass. The whole family was happy with this unit, and we’ll be back hopefully. Thanks for making...

« There isn’t parking available at the VRBO - we had to park 3 blocks away from the place. There was an old building smell that caused my asthma to kick up. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment were scary. On a positive note the place is close to the pier and Commerce Ave and bars and restaurants. »

« Condo was nicely decorated. Extremely clean. Kitchen had all we needed. Loved the keurig pot/pod option. The only issue we had was there were no shades or curtains on the windows of the living room and kitchen or even the back door. Kind of creepy since the street was quite busy and there are many businesses and other condos close by. »

« The property is in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. The location was convenient and clean. Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this location. There was noise from a party through paper thin walls from one of the tenants that lives on the property. There are rules for anyone staying at this location to include must be 25 to book and strictly no parties. Unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to loud parties from tenants taking place in the next room. Party did not end...

First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience! »

« We loved staying in this apartment. The location is right in the middle of Old Port with shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and art galleries. Despite the lively neighborhood, the apartment itself is quiet. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a longer stay. The host could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had some issues with the internet and she brought an extender. The only issue for us was that the unit is up two steep flights of 40 steps....

« Edith is an exceptional host! The condo is located right in the heart of old port. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings, large bedroom, open kitchen and living area. There are steps up to the condo without an elevator for those that have mobility issues. I would highly recommend 50 Exchange Street. »
