« We have been staying at this property annually for 4 years usually 2 weeks at a time. It is always clean and ready for us. It’s in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. Sally is very easy to work with and always pleasant. »

« The guest house has everything needed and more. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and easy access. My stay was short but wouldn’t hesitate to use for longer stays when needed. Host very easy and quick to communicate with. »

« This place really did feel like staying in the French countryside. It was great being able to wander around the property and see the birds and bunnies. Very clean, warm, and inviting house. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in town! »

« Beautiful space with everything you need. The parking pass is a huge plus so parking was not a problem at all. Check in/out directions are easy to follow and property directions and descriptions were spot on. The hosts are excellent communicators and were able to assist with all of my questions. « Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! »

« Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in Folsom and the home played a big role. It was well laid out, clean, well supplied, and very centrally located to the places in town we wanted to see. There are a lot of great places to eat and trails to walk on, a short walking distance from the home. The owners provided helpful information before our stay and checked in to make sure things were going ok. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Myself, my husband’s our two young kids as well as my mother stayed for 4 days. This house is awesome super kid friendly. They was basically everything you could imagine. Beds are super comfortable. Beautiful garden and a bunch of producing fruit everywhere. »
