« The property and the owners were some of the best that we have encountered. Our house recently caught fire and burned, and we needed to go somewhere and had nowhere to go. And they worked with us to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed, they're incredibly knowledgeable, they run a very tight ship. « The rooms need a major upgrade My bedspread had a big hole in it and the room smell horrible. The shower head was broken so I had to fix it enough to take a shower and the breakfast is not worth eating. I checked out way before checkout time!!!!!! »

« I don’t even know what to say about this hotel. I guess when I reserved a room for $59 in Tyler, Texas I should have known what to expect. The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in. The door does not have the extra top lock latch. The room was not fully supplied with towels. There were spiderwebs everywhere, stains...
