« Booked a weekend stay to check out the beacon area. Was pleasantly surprised how such a small cabin had everything you would need for a small getaway. Hosts eveven provides snacks and coffee, though my plus 1 and I didn’t need any. Cable tv and WiFi and an/c included. Everything was clean and neat. Loved that it was within 15 min driving from beacon main st, dia, Ben marl winery and some hike trails which was all on my weekend agenda.Highly recommended! »

« My multigenerational family enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, ping pong, billiards, pop a shot, and the fire pit. Steep stairs to the upstairs shower make it tough for anyone with mobility issues . Very quiet location yet near to shopping and trains to NYC. »

« As advertised. Cabin is small, but it provides everything needed. It was very hot when we were there and the AC worked fine. Shower was excellent. »

« I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this A-frame cabin! The views were nothing short of stunning, and the peaceful, calming vibe made it the perfect retreat. I loved spending evenings around the fire pit, and the game room added such a fun touch to the experience. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus, and it made the trip even more enjoyable. The owner has truly created a special place here, and I can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommend! »

« It was a magical Father’s Day weekend at the lake cabin. I surprised my husband so he can go fishing on the lake and he had a blast. We traveled with our 14 month old baby and it was a great place for him as well. The living room is large and open and he was able to run around and play with his toys. The cabin was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our family of three. The view is beautiful and calming. Communication with the host was fast. I give it 5 stars! »

« We absolutely loved Debra's place! It was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway. The cabin was well adorned and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing Lake Wallkill community. We felt like we were immersed in nature but at the same time we're close to Mountain Creek resort for biking and many stores/great restaurants. Being right next to the lake was great for enjoying sunrises and sunsets too and it was a quick walk from the front door. Debra was an outstanding host-her...

« Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Check-in was a breeze as well check out. Even though 9W is nearby very very minimal noise other than that, good quality sleep. AC works great. They even provide a sound machine, which my wife and I did not use since we always have our own. Full size fridge, stove, oven combo, microwave and a little fire place. We only used the fridge and microwave. There is also an outdoor grill with a picnic table which we did not use, we had other plans, maybe next time....

« My husband and I had a great stay. This property is clean, cozy and has such a relaxing vibe. We loved the bathroom's spa-like atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable; my husband said it was some of the best sleep he's had lately. I enjoyed exploring the varied book collection. My husband and I really enjoyed the outdoor property.
