« This was the sweetest little house in a beautiful neighbourhood! Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen ( even a washer and dryer). The front porch swing was absolutely delightful! »

« The price we paid for a midweek stay was amazing. That is what brought us to the property. Initial communication with the owners was very clear, easy email and arrival directions were good. Upon arrival, the property appeared well used. It needs a little TLC to fix it up but you could tell this was a fun party property. We were using it for a family of 6, so it worked out really well. « Charming vintage cottage in a beautiful, historic neighborhood just minutes for the action of downtown Nashville. The house was nicely decorated, had guest amenities, and was very comfortable. Super fun Southern swing on the porch for winding down in the evenings. The host were very quick and helpful when responding to inquiries. »

« My family and I absolutely LOVED staying at Cozy Escape. It’s very rare to find one king size bed, much less TWO in the same house. It was perfect for two couples to have privacy, space, comfortable seating, and so much more. The deck is beautiful and peaceful. We watched kittens playing in the back yard and deer grassing in the neighboring field. The special touches like the sound machine, shampoo/conditioner included, blankets for the sofa, and kids toys for all ages made this place feel more...

We shared this home with two other couples, we could spread out for quiet time (it’s very spacious) or have happy on the rooftop deck or around the dining room table! We were all walkers and loved being able to get to visit sights on foot or via uber. If you are looking for a comfortable spot, with lots of natural light and room to spread out the Relaxin Retreat will meet your needs. »

« The inside of the property was beautiful and clean. It was a little difficult to figure out the entrance because it is a 6plex. There are stairs inside the house and all three bedrooms are upstairs. We had senior citizens with us and I worried about the stairs. The location is wonderful and parking in alleyway and marked for your car. Location was wonderful close to Broadway. Owner was amazing. Stairs need to be part of the description please »

« This was my first time actually booking an VRBO, and to say I was pleased is truly an understatement! Austin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be, and even brought over new games mid-week! Like how freaking cool! - I could genuinely go on and on, this stay was top tier, from coziness, to comfort, to having a safe place for baby to sleep (heck yeah had a pack and play), to creating all the most amazing memories for my sons first family reunion! I 100% recommend...
