« The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. « We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was only about 3-4 blocks from Broadway and there were other eating places close by. The free parking was a bonus. There was a little bit of a hiccup when we were checking in when we were not able to find a parking spot in front of the property to unload as instructed. We parked in a nearby garage and walked back to the property to get into the condo for the parking pass, only to discover to our dismay the elevator was out of order. We decided to go...

« The condo was absolutely wonderful! So many extra touches it made you feel right at home.We enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway, use the balcony and relax in the living room. « Yes the host seemed welcoming and accommodating however we did have to move to a different place to sleep as our unit was flooding from water from another unit above us. The host did find us other accommodations however it was smaller and we didn’t all get to stay together. »

« Super clean condo ( and I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness). Bed was comfortable and location was great. Just close enough to Broadway yet just enough distance to get a break from the business of downtown. We enjoyed the river view and seeing the boats go by as well. Parking was convenient. The only complaint I have which is no fault of the owner was the people occupying the room above us were loud, we could hear them walking/ moving around often late night / early morning hours. I...

« Quick responses from the hosts. They were very accommodating as we were able to pay a small fee for early check in. The condo is ground level which was easy to get our luggage in. The place has been newly remodeled, we hope to stay here again! »
