« Great location and easy walk to Broadway. Safe area and street. There was a cute coffee shop around the corner. The unit was safe and easily accessible. Quiet. Very clean. It was perfect for a weekend get-a-way since most of our time was spent exploring downtown Nashville! Our host was very responsive and answered all our questions prior to booking, before our trip and while we were there, which is always appreciated! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! »

« There are trains but not too noisy. It's great to be so close to Downtown/Broadway. The number pad at the elevator was giving us fits but we got it to work. Food sticks to the pots and pans while cooking. We would stay there again if available. »

« Overall, a great stay. If you prefer a firmer mattress, look elsewhere. Everything was well-maintained and the Samsung TV Plus option was a great amenity. I was able to find something leisure to watch without the hastle of signing in my streaming account for such a short stay. I also appreciate the welcome bathroom and kitchen kit from Grand Welcome. Although it wasn't sunny during my stay, the windows provided ample natural light. I cannot speak of the kitchen amenities as I did not use...

Mr. Mike not only made the check in / check out process very simple, but he was “Johnny on the spot” with recommendations for food, places to visit, and even a local yoga studio. Lastly, the location of the property made exploring the town very easy as it was close to the nightlife. This was an easy 5-star recommendation! »
