« The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!! »

« Was able to head in and out of Windrock easily and was also a short commute to Oliver Springs. The outdoor gazebo and fire pit were a great addition and allowed us to relax by the fire at night. We had a few short rain storms come thru and was able to sit on the covered front porch and relax. Was very clean and well stocked. »

« We didn't end up staying due to a change in plans but the host went beyond what was required to accomodate our changes and help us at a loss to himself. Communication could be spotty but he always got back to us when we messaged. Thanks for being a good host even though we didn't stay! »

« Get away from busy life and stay in a unique and comfortable and enjoyable treehouse. Camping style living but very comfortable in the treehouse with good ac. Grilled out and had a campfire. Slept well »

« Spent 3 nights with my daughter and 3 grandkids to attend gymnastics nationals in Knoxville. Our favorite room to hang out was the sunroom with hot tub. From there we saw so much wildlife: several deer, three wild turkey, numerous squirrels. The best surprise was the massage chair, we loved it! We walked the trail in the woods and took pics of the beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Perfect stay! »

« Great cabin and a great host! They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep, so if you’re bringing a trailer and don’t have 4-wheel drive, it could be difficult to get up. »

« Great place for families or a group. The hine was nice and clean and directly on the water. Kayaks were a wonderful addition! We didn’t catch any fish but enjoyed the scenery. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. »

« Mrs Shirley is a sweetheart and provided a great cabin for our needs. We had plenty of room for our 20’ flatbed trailer and SxS. Cabin is close to the trails and about 4 miles to the General Store. The cabin provides few cooking options so bring supplies for that, also scrub brush for cleaning dishes. Plenty of hot water after a long day of riding. Enjoy…. We will definitely be back to enjoy Shirley’s little peice of paradise. »
