« I would have rated it better, but for a hotel within 15 minutes of the largest privately owned offroad park, they don't offer trailer parking. When asked where to park a trailer they said next door at the Days Inn and make sure you take all valuables out of the vehicles. That wasn't very reassuring of a safe stay. Other than the parking issue and the strong odor of air fresheners it was a good place to stay. They also offer pet friendly rooms which may have had something to do with the strong...

« First room they gave us had no door lock. Deadbolt did not work and the ball clasp lock above was broken. Had to get a different room which was a non smoking yet smelled like smoke. Pool was dirty. Would not stay again nor would I recommend. »

« Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

« Walls are paper thin so if you’re a light sleeper do not stay here! Kids screaming , guys next door partying and the walls being so thin we lost sleep. Bathroom had clear water damage, unlevel tiles, faucets dripping and a random smell of cigarette smoke would appear even tho we don’t smoke! That being said we stuck out our 2 nights because we were only there to sleep. It’s a cheap room and you get what you pay for! »

« They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »

« Couple different bugs, people smoking on balcony right in front of door. Stained sheets. Spiderwebs on ceiling. Although questionable conditions, the vehicle was safe throughout the one night which was a relief. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. »

« I loved the property!! When walking into the elevator, it still smells new. Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. « The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch. »

« It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move. »
