« We arrived at the home for check-in promptly at 4 pm. Upon arrival we found the residence had not been cleaned and prepped for our stay. I reached out to the host and he responded immediately and was very apologetic and had a cleaning team at the residence quickly and they did an awesome job at rectifying the issue. « Property was very poorly maintained both inside and outside. Things were dirty and furniture was very old and worn out. The kitchen didn’t have a normal coffee pot. Grass and hedges were over grown. Wasp nest were on porch and by front door. Walkway and deck were not clean. Siding and paint was falling off of the house.
