« The house was absolutely beautiful. It was in pristine shape. There was lots of room to spread out. All ages were able to enjoy the house. We had a problem with a beeping smoke alarm - we called and even though it was Christmas morning it was fixed very quickly. »

« The interior of the house was as advertised however the ice maker and drinking water did not work. The exterior amenities were not as pictured nor was anything outside clean or set up. The host had failed to communicate when promised regarding our concerns. There is quite a steep hill to the lake that is not pictured which would be a problem for young children and elderly. »
