Private Pier: Waterfront Fulton Villa!

« The house was very clean. The pier wasn’t in the best condition but the location was great. The weather really wouldn’t have allowed for us to use the pier anyway so it wasn’t an issue. The house had all the necessities plus some regarding supplies for cleaning and kitchen utensils. I would recommend leaving instructions regarding trash day and where to put the trash can as the driveway is very long. The house is definitely one of the better ones I have stayed in though overall. »

« All the amenities of the Villa were top notch. There was no expense spared on the interior here. Very comfortable & felt right @ home. Swimming pool was well kept & clean, boat slips was directly out the back door where I could see my boat, has electricity @ slip to charge boat, lights to see at night & even fish @ night if so desired. Villa also has a garage for equipment or vehicle parking. Has all the amenities of home & then some!! The fishery is amazing for Redfish Trout, Flounder ect. Has...
