« Honestly, overall, a great place to stay. I wish I was able to stay for longer, however, my work requires me to travel a lot.I had initially booked this place for two weeks, within three days of staying I discovered I had a work emergency and needed to relocate, the owner was unwilling to give me a refund for the remaining week & a half I wouldn’t be staying. It was a little frustrating paying full price just to only stay a few days but that’s my fault »

« What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host! »

« We enjoyed our stay in Arkansas. I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great! »
