« Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants. Love the historical history museums and bath houses. On the way home and excited for next visit. A round of applause to The Hotel Hot...

« Clean rooms, comfortable quiet and efficient air conditioning. Well noise insulated rooms. Staff was great. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment is the included breakfast basically bagels and the ability to make some kind of little waffle no real proteins eggs, sausage etc »

« It was very quiet,clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't sit on the balcony/porch much due to the people below us smoking one cigarette after the other. Other than that, it gets a 5star! We will be back! »
