« We have stayed at several Embassy suite properties & this one in Little Rock rock was by far the worst. The lady that checked us in was so curt & rude. The hotel is badly in need of renovations. The carpet in the room was stained & dirty in multiple places. I was scared to walk on it barefoot. The springs on the sofa were so worn out that getting in & out of it was extremely hard on the back. The single chair had multiple stains. It felt so gross just sitting on any surface. « Our daughter and her husband were put in a room where the AC wasn’t working. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and even rude. She just had surgery and desperately needed her sleep and this issue went on and on and was not resolved until 1:30 am. Also, of note, this hotel looks nice on Expedia, but is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Buildings next door with broken glass and curtains hanging out. 0/10 do not recommend. »
