« The host was attentive to our request before arrival, and again on the first day. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. It feels like a museum of fine art. The upstairs bathroom with shower is really nice. There is a powder room downstairs. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need, and more! « The location was absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, and the house itself was just as lovely. Everything was clean, peaceful, and true to the photos. Unfortunately, the host experience wasn’t as positive. She lives next door and sent additional rules at the last minute, then seemed to scrutinize us throughout the stay. « Wanted to visit DC with the family following a college orientation that brought us to the East Coast from Texas. Spent 4 nights in this home while we toured the offerings of the National Mall. With only being a short walk from the Metro we were able to leave the car parked during most of our visit. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and the kitchen has all of the appliances/utensils needed to prepare meals. Although we didn't have any little ones, there are plenty of toys to keep them...

« We stayed here Christmas week 2025. Linny is such an amazing host , she thinks of every detail. We were welcomed with a Christmas tree and treats and even a present for my grandsons first Christmas. It’s always hard to create magic when you aren’t home for Christmas but not here, it’s a magical little hideaway with ALL the comforts of home! Highly recommend!
