« The Green Heron Cabin fits our growing family each year. The kids enjoy the large yard area to create games. They especially like ringing the bell on the deck. The screened in porch is perfect for meals and late night Yahtzee when the kids are sleeping. It is super convenient to Trigs the grocery store if you need something you forgot. We have it scheduled for next year also. »

« Absolutely great location if wanting easy access to snowmobile trail. Park sleds in back and exit to the side with easy crossing across highway to trail. Very nice quite neighborhood location, where you can sit and watch the deer that visit daily. Heated concrete floors were great for snowy boots and wet paws. « Everything was better than expected. Place was larger than we thought. Traveled with a 2 year old and were able to fit a crib in the second bedroom. Everything was very clean upon arrival and we had all of the kitchen supplies we needed, especially coffee pot. Sunsets were beautiful before the smoke from Canadian fires arrived. Host communication was super checking on us with smoke and really hot weather. Would definitely consider returning next year. »

« We have stayed in this property several times and it continues to be a winner! Home is lovely and comfortable. There is nice area to relax outside and pier available. We have a family cabin nearby, but not large enough to accommodate everyone so I rent this home and the one located on the same property (as noted in the description) for my family. « Great property! We are a family of four (kids are 4&5) and we were looking for a remote getaway to unwind, fish, boat, and hike. This property offered all of those things! Kevin and Heidi were very responsive to all of our questions before and a few during our stay. The area is remote, but close enough to towns where we did go out for a dinner and spent a day exploring Minocqua. »
