« We visited in winter. Property was snow covered as was the lake. We cannot comment on the lake amenities, but the home was very clean and organized when we arrived. The layout has one bedroom suite on one side and two bedrooms and a bath on the other. This works well. There is a formal dining room and booth. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The location is close to Atlanta and very convenient. Two of the three bedrooms have comfortable enough beds, the third bedroom could use an upgrade. »

« Beautiful cabin. Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Really loved this place. Wanted to stay at Avery Lake to bring my Father one more time before he passes. Owner was really flexible when he got hospitalized during our initial planned stay. Can not say enough good things. Only improvement I can think of is updating the listing to make it clear it’s located on a channel that goes out to the lake. We were a little anxious going because we weren’t 100% the channel connected until we got there. »
