« This place was wonderful! It felt like a cabin in the forest yet it was fully modern and had every accommodation you could think of! Everything was very clean and clearly labeled. Each bedroom had a king bed, a tv, outlet strips, a closet with extra blankets and pillows, and luggage stands. If I’m ever in these parts again, I’d love to stay here! »

« It is a clean house. Very close to Miami of Ohio. It has all the amenities, TV in every room, Air conditioning, Wifi, Coffee maker, pretty much everything you would need. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. »

« What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. « What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming.
