« I was impressed with how well preserved the home was. I didn't notice if it was there but a little house history would have been fun to know. Like what year it was built.Our stay was lovely. This has been a difficult year for my family, a lot of heartbreak & heartache. This was a nice opportunity for my adult son, adult daughter and her 10 year old son, and my husband, their step father, to spend time together, for us to all have a change of senery and just enjoy being together. »

« Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend! »

« Clean..almost every amenity you could possibly think of.. close enough to the outside action but secluded enough to not have to worry about the day to day bustle of the world...property updated... host very responsive... very easy checkin/out..very spacious. Property large enough to accommodate 8 adult ladies without feeling like we were on top of each other... would highly recommend »
