« Check in was horrible. Staff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and then were so distracted they didn’t give us directions to our room or explain the breakfast and other amenities. Our keys were put on the counter and they turned to another guest. The bathroom grout was disgusting. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was out of food by 8am with no move to replenish it. Confused at the high rating. Won’t stay here again and I’m usually easy going. »

« This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid. »

« A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Solo trip to visit my son at Miami University. Pleasant, cozy, had everything I needed - Easy to regulate the heat, open some windows to let a breeze in, etc. Downstairs visitors came and went and while I heard some of their movements or talking, none was bothersome at all. Quiet in the evenings and mornings. Beautiful setting on a hillside farm with goats in a pen that you can visit. The main house is also on the property and while friendly, the people coming and going kept to themselves. So...
