« Ideal bungalow, very clean. Pools are conveniently located with food and drinks. Alcohol beverages are a but pricy. Has some pots and pans in bungalow but minimal as related to preparing meals. Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad. ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done...

« I had a good stay here, the property was nice and clean. The neighbors were very loud one night but besides that it was good. My only complaint is you can’t control the room temp, you have to message the host to have it changed which is not ideal. Host was accommodating to an early check in, and checked in often. »

« We had a wonderful stay for 21 nights, the villa was lovely and clean and presented to a very high standard. Pablo the villa manager was great with his communications. There was an issue with the internet and Pablo got this sorted straight away with the supplier as they needed to replace the modem and router due to it developing a fault, after this was replaced the next day everything was working perfectly. Would recommend to stay here and would happily book again when coming back to Orlando! »

« The house was perfect for our needs & the property manager is amazing!! The check-in was seamless & the house very clean. Each bedroom is a good size, decent size closest, a dresser and side tables, it was enough storage space for your belongings enough space so you aren't tripping around your luggage. Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom, very helpful. The kitchen, dining & family room area is a good size as well & great that it is an open space. We loved having our own private pool....

« The resort itself is great - this review has nothing to do with the resort, but entirely with the property management company. The communication was completely unacceptable. Responses took weeks, and on the day of check-in, I never received access instructions. I spent over six hours trying to get in touch before finally receiving the code via WhatsApp. The condo wasn’t even cleaned and ready until 6:00 p.m. on check-in day.
