« We were only in town for 1 night as we were attending a concert in downtown Asheville. This fit our needs perfectly. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a quick stay; very clean, very quiet. We will definitely look to book here again when we are back in the Asheville area. »

« This is our third time at Nancy’s place. Love it as always. The porch is the big draw but the bed/pillows/shower and coziness is also the best! Nancy is an excellent host! We like to go Wed-Sunday as a lot of stores are closed on Sunday/Monday so we get the best of the best! You have to check it out! »

« Very clean room! Beautiful view! Shops were within walking distance. Such a wonderful, nice room, I hated to leave. Hosts were very thoughtful in giving you anything and everything you could possibly need, communication was great. Sure wish there was a place like that where I live for sale! « My stay at the Peregrine Nest was spectacular. The home and neighborhood were so peaceful. I love the wrap around porch, taking walks and seeing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the windows. The mountain views did not disappoint. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I started writing my second memoir here so this will hold a special place in my heart! »
