« We had a wonderful stay at this impeccable clean, charming and cozy farm house. We spent our weekend relaxing and enjoying all of the animals. The area has lots to do and the farm store was fun and convenient. The home is well stocked and thoughtfully decorated. We’d love to come back! »

« This is a great location for access to the Hiwassee River and surrounding area. Very comfortable for 10 to 12 guests. The screened porch was the gathering place of choice after a day of paddling. Our group wants to stay here again next year. »

« Our son was getting married a few minutes down the road and this was the perfect place to relax between the wedding busyness. Our grandson loved the friendly kitty, the cows and especially the donkeys. If we are ever this way again, we will for sure rent again!! »

« Wonderful cabin close enough to town but far enough for peaceful privacy. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will very likely be back. The cabin was extreamly clean and had everything we needed except a cork screw. The only downside is we were only there for two nights for a quick weekend getaway. »

« Our multi generational family enjoyed our time so much at the Modern Farmhouse Retreat. The kids loved playing on the property and we all enjoyed ending the day in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The home was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. There was so much to do in the area as well. We’re already making plans to go back! »
