« We were asked for arrival time which we massaged them that we would arrive early, we were told to wait since cleaning crew were in the room which was okay but we were not told the room was ready till we checked on it and the cleaning crew were done. The room was not very clean. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not wiped down and had dust on it. There were hair pieces in the bathroom sink and in the toilet.
