« Overall the stay was fine. Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, we had two issues, the first and most important issue we had was with the Security Deposit. It wasnt in the upfront cost. The deposit was requested about a week before the trip. So we had no idea how much was needed until then, i have no problem paying the deposit. The problem was not knowing the amount upfront. « We stayed at the Milos Beach house 6/7/25 for a full week renting out both sides. We had our 5 kids and their families there with us, and most commented that it was the best VRBO rental and location ever! We rented out both sides and Tina left the ADA elevator open on the 2nd/main floor so that we could easily walk back and forth between the 2 sides. The rooms were great, plenty of beds, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. The layout worked great for us as we put all the kids in the lower level...

« This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. »

« The property is as described online. There is a lot of space, it is very clean, and well decorated. The owner, Maya, was very quick to respond to our questions. When we experienced a problem with the WiFi, she had the local provider come out right away to replace the router. She is pleasant and wants her guests to enjoy their stay. »

« The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2)...
