« Très bien situé, dans un secteur tranquille de la côte ouest de la Floride. Nous étions 5 et l’appartement 2 chambres étaient confortable et fonctionnel. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et facile d’accès. »

« Our second time staying at this property and everything was great again »

« Gloria was an extremely gracious host. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in the area. »

« We had nice stay »

« All in all we had a great time in Clearwater! The house is in a great location and central to the beach but also not too far from Tampa. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It has everything you needed as far as your basic necessities go. Seemed to be in a quite neighborhood as we didn’t hear any issues during our stay. The pool and grill were highly used and appreciated. This house had some issues and concerns during our stay but I was very upfront and honest with the host about my...

« Indian Rocks Beach is about three things: 1. Old-time Fl vibe 2.Dedicated Parking 3.Easy WALK to bar/food Renting this property delivers all three points with no compromise. I am very happy with it. »

« Location, location, location! We had a very early arrival time at the airport the day after our stay. It only took us about 6 minutes to get to the airport to turn in our rental car. The size was just fine for what we needed. There were plenty of private parking spots to choose from. Our bed was more comfortable than the Comfort Suites we stayed in the previous two nights in another town. We arrived after 9 pm and had no difficulty using the directions we had been given to get into the unit....

« The view and room as well as resort were overall great! We especially loved the beach staff and restaurants. A couple things to note about the room….1. We found dirty clothes in the master bedroom dresser drawer. I can only assume it was from a previous guest. 2. The bathroom sliding door sticks and the lock looks like it was previously broken and someone tried to repair instead of replacing. 3. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so when you shower the steam will set up the fire...

« This place was excellent. It was everything they said in the description plus more. Super friendly and very clean. We will be back ! »

« The property was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The hosts responded promptly to my messages. They are on property and welcomed us when we arrived. The condo is beautiful, with high ceilings, an open concept living area, and updated kitchen. Parking is in a lot just outside the front door, with reserved spots for guests. The property is very secure, and that put our minds at ease right away. The building is on the Main Street of historic downtown Dunedin, and all the...
