« It's a very nice cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a most excellent view and short walk to the beach. Sitting on the shaded patio overlooking the water was so nice. We were impressed with all the amenities. The kitchen had the most thorough set of utensils for cooking just about anything you'd want. The only thing that might be an issue is the smaller shower. If you're a big guy and/or oversized, it might feel a little tight, but still doable. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. « My children and I stayed here for over a week. It’s such a cute cozy little sanctuary. It’s tucked away lots of plants. It was very clean and we loved every moment of staying there. « Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again. »

If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. "Hall de l’hĂŽtel tres beau mais les chambres pas propre du tout Les couettes du lit Ă©taient tachĂ©es de jaune La vasque de la salle de bain sale et la douche moisissure Attention. Au petit dĂ©jeuner, on nous a facturĂ© 140$ pour 4 petit dĂ©jeuner enfant alors que nous adultes n’avions pas utiliser le crĂ©dit pour les plats chauds au pdj. Lors du checkout j’en ai discutĂ© avec le personnel de la rĂ©ception ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 jour avant au mariott marquis et eux ne nous ont pas fait payer le pdj pour les enfants Je suis extrĂȘmement déçue Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel "
