« clean comfortable room, very reasonably priced. TWO blocks to all St. Pete has to offer. Furnished with vintage and antique furniture. Jetted tub and shower. VERY quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean with access to all common areas. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown St. Pete. Very safe neighborhood. (Full disclosure: I lived in this neighborhood for the past 10 years before relocating to NC. Returned for a wedding.) »

« Fabulous location ! Just a quick walk to wonderful restaurants and shops .Mandy ( Innkeeper ) was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. We had a few hiccups but Mandy was super responsive . Lovely little Inn

« Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay. »

« Beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Host was very responsive and helpful. You can bring your favorite coffee or teas and use the fully equipped kitchen. Parking passes were helpful and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. »

« I had a lovely stay for the St Anthony’s Triathlon! The inn is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable complete with historic charm of old St Pete. Casey and Mandy are stellar hosts. Will definitely return soon! »

"Hall de l’hĂŽtel tres beau mais les chambres pas propre du tout Les couettes du lit Ă©taient tachĂ©es de jaune La vasque de la salle de bain sale et la douche moisissure Attention. Au petit dĂ©jeuner, on nous a facturĂ© 140$ pour 4 petit dĂ©jeuner enfant alors que nous adultes n’avions pas utiliser le crĂ©dit pour les plats chauds au pdj. Lors du checkout j’en ai discutĂ© avec le personnel de la rĂ©ception ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 jour avant au mariott marquis et eux ne nous ont pas fait payer le pdj pour les enfants Je suis extrĂȘmement déçue Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel "
