« From start to finish the communication was great. The house was clean, well stocked, and an overall we had a very peaceful vacation. The outside living space/hang out space was our absolute favorite. We hung out on the screened in patio every day for hours. Doing puzzles, eating meals, enjoying nature. « The house was disgusting! Went to clean and there were zero cleaning supplies. No paper towels, no broom. Nothing! No cooking utensils, no pots and pans. There was left over toilet paper but no extra for our use. There was dried dog poo on the floor. That had dried. It was in the master bathroom. Lightbulbs out. Dirty bed clothes. « We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming in the New Year at the White House on the Hill with our adult kids and their spouses, and a new puppy! Location was very convenient to our extended family who live in the area. Betsy was great to work with. »

« We loved our weekend visit. Cottage was perfectly clean & cozy. Included everything we needed. Plenty of towels, toiletries, utensils, coffee… etc. location is convenient to the town square. Don’t worry when you turn on the small woodsy road that leads back to the cottage. Sweet Christmas lights will guide you back to the property. We had a wonderful experience & would love to visit again. »

« We booked this place for the week of New Year’s and it turned out great. Beautiful house and property right on the water as advertised. We loved at how well the house was stocked with things you wouldn’t need in case you forgot to bring something, especially the kitchen area. The host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive when we needed something. We would definitely come back. »

« My group and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The place is large, clean, and modern. The hot tub was closer to the house than the picture seemed. We woke up to deer in the back yard. The proximity to things was convenient. I plan on booking this place in the future! »

« The manager property were not very professional or family orientated. The date of our day it was a storm an ice storm in Dahlonega. They did not want to accommodate us for another day or refund our money. We look at their booking and they have available time for us, but they refuse to work with us and want to keep our money. »

« House was great but driveway is not as it looks in the photos. As soon as you turn into the driveway, it is very steep driveway down to level parking. It was VERY difficult maneuvering a truck with a boat trailer in the driveway. Other than that, good place to stay. »
