« Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous...

« Check-in didn’t go as expected. Unit had to be re-cleaned so our family didn’t actually get in for over an hour after check-in time. Issues that came up were resolved but initial impressions indicate processes need to be fine-tuned. »

« Charming studio apartment located on the historic Main Street of Hendersonville. Very clean and quiet with everything we needed and more. We’ll be back. Something important for some folks, this studio is not handicap accessible and there are two flights of stairs straight up. »

« Carole was a great host and very helpful. It was our first time to stay “outside” of downtown Highlands but it was only a mile way. « Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good.
