« The apartment was infested with small gnats in the kitchen area and black ants all over the house, including my sister's bed. We called Vrbo and the customer service agent gave us the phone number of the owner. I called two different times, and he never answered the phone. I got an email saying that he sent a message. There was no message listed when I used the app to access it.
The living room had a couch, coffee table with a lose leg that constantly needed adjustment and a Roku...
