« Condo was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. Views through the treetops of the golf course lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning. Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway. »

« The check-in/check-out process was fine, though the key pickup was off-site (about 15-20 minutes away) and keys had to be returned by 10 a.m. The unit itself felt dated, soft flooring, peeling wallpaper, and a few broken items like blinds and a sliding door lock. All guest found the best uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, but bring your own seasonings and condiments. All amenities cost extra. The location, however, was beautiful and peaceful. »

« The condo/townhouse was beautifully decorated, just like the pictures showed. There were wonderful views of the golf course from the two balconies. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because most of the cooking pans had food debris around the "screws" that connect the handle to the pan. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the dishes. Also, the thermostat and every TV remote said the batteries were low. Since we didn't want to be without heat, I called the management company the morning...
