« Very charming cottage with great lake view. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen view was great and the cottage was tastefully decorated. It was nice that there was heating and air conditioning which was surprisingly quiet. The 2 bedroom unit we were in needs to be painted and well cleaned and the grounds need some work. « Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up. »

« DO NOT BOOK. This is a scam. Non refundable and the place is closed permanently. The ‘host’ has disconnected numbers. Absolutely ruined weekend trip that cost a fortune that wasn’t reimbursed and we travelled hours from home. Expedia said they would find us other accommodations but nothing was available and we were on the hook for the bill. Terrible terrible terrible »

« Only the main house is usable, the shed (a separate room with a double and bunk beds) smells like a subtropical forest has grown inside. The main house it's okay for the price, nothing fancy, good for three people, washroom kitchen and two rooms. The TV needs and upgrade, they have a 25 years old 20 inches LG Tv (probably the first smart tv ever) apps wont work anymore, even youtube is almost unusable ( the 5mbps wifi conection wont help as well).
