« I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....

« Good size apartment, good parking, walkable, kitchen well equipped. Cleaning wasn't good but the owner sent a person right away to correct the situation, owner very responsive. Rooms have way to much furniture, you barely can move around, but the living room dinning and kitchen as a really good size. »

« Bedroom was freezing cold all wknd. Place didn’t have a toaster, hair dryer, electric kettle, extra blankets, a very small heater for bedroom that didn’t serve a purpose. Host was at least responsive with inquires but was not able provide with the services mentioned above. For the price of 200/night, one would think that the rental would at least equal to a hotel room. »
