« Prior to check in the home owner called to inform me that there was an issue with the dock, and they were working hard to get it repaired to be used. It was fixed halfway through our stay. The home owner kept us updated on the arrival of the repair team. The kids loved fishing off of the deck. We utilized the two kayaks that were provided to include who got to use the launcher to land the kayak, and the family enjoyed a full day on the river. « We asked if there was an orange juicer on the property, they said no, then the homeowner brought one with fresh oranges. Very nice. »

« Welcome cookies in the basket had mold on them so we threw them away. Only main downside were the plastic mattress covers directly under the sheet caused sweaty discomfort and poor sleep at night. The code for the key box was also incorrect, but was fixed quickly with a phone call. »

« Living area was big, liked that there was three bedrooms and a 1-1/2 baths. Good location if looking for restaurants, marinas and going to a park by the gulf. Both Chris & Carol were good with communication. I played 301by myself on the dart board in the game room. Nice backyard for catching some sun especially during the winter months. »

« The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The home and yard were even nicer than pictured. The area was peaceful and beautiful and close to the events we planned near Dade City. The home was roomy, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and great if you’re traveling with a pet. We will rent this again whenever when we’re in the area. Highly Recommend!! »
