« This is the 9th consecutive year that we have rented this room from Jill. The location can’t be beat. We are always happy with our stay here. Jill is always so responsive and Wes, the property manager, is always so friendly and takes care of everything. We were told that a previous tenant had an issue with the smoke detector in the room, but it was up and working properly when we got there. Wes came by and double checked it for Jill. The whole week was great! Can’t wait to go back! »

« This house was perfect for my husband and me. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our visit to New Bern very much. We were able to walk to historic locations and restaurants. The master bedroom was very beautiful and very comfortable. We hope we can return again soon. »

« My husband and I had a great little weekend getaway! This is our second time staying in Atlantic beach and we LOVED Linda’s home!! Linda was a wonderful host responded quickly and we were able to check in early since we arrived sooner than check in time. Conveniently right by the beach and had all kitchen amenities to whip up a quick lunch. Bed slept great, very clean, and cute decor! My husband and I can’t wait to come back with our sons we will definitely book with Linda again! »

« Great location, sweet little get away spot. Clean, comfy bed, and just a walk over the sand dune to the ocean. Outside grills, pool, and gazebo. Even a fish cleaning area if you’re planning to fish. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. »

« Was well kept great pool and Westly the go to man on the property was friendly and a wealth of knowlege...it was an upstairs unit so make sure you can climb steps. »

« Great two beautiful days.!!location was great with the waterway just steps away out back and the beach was right across the street! King Bed slept very well! Loved the shower as the water was hot and great water pressure. The only thing was the pool was not open which was disappointing. The grounds guy said it would have been open but recent plastering the pool had to be closed. The rugs were well worn and old.The only thing that was an inconvenience was the large coffee maker was not able to...
